These are the ones from patients who came in about neuropathy, quoted as written.
I am going to Kirshner Health Solutions as part of their Neuropathy program to address the 30 year old Neuropathy in my feet. Seeing & feeling definite progress. Do not expect elimination of Neuropathy, but looking for a noticeable improvement and there is progress toward that goal.
Dr Kirshner and his staff have been very supportive in my treatment. No magic cures, only realistic goals considering the severity of my condition. I highly recommend the process.
UPDATE: Some more progress after a couple more months. Now briefly having occasional pain in my feet. A good thing because my neurotrophy had eliminated feelings in my feet and ankles over the past 30 years. The pain is tolerable and is only occasional at this point. There IS hope.
After going to Drs since 2005 and taking different medications that did absolutely nothing I found Dr Kirshner last June. I am now off the meds the other drs gave me and feeling like a new person. The neuropathy is all but gone, the RSD is all but gone. I can walk without falling over. I'm hiking and riding a bike again. So thank you for giving me my life back again.
Judy RosaGoogle review, February 2026Dr. Kirshner and the whole staff are the nicest professionals you would ever meet. Whenever you have a question or a problem they bend over backwards to help. They have helped me with my neuropathy and I highly recommend them.
Thomas MenioGoogle review, July 2024Only my 3rd visit but everyone in the office is so friendly and professional and helpful. Dr Kirshner is patient, personable and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and is confident that the program will be able to help me with my neuropathy and diabetes.

Because the causes are so varied, the single most useful thing is an accurate picture of what is driving yours. That starts with your history, your medications, and the conditions already being managed.
A careful assessment of whether a spinal or mechanical factor is contributing to your symptoms, and where along the nerve it is happening.
Thermal imaging evaluates blood flow and nerve function, so the picture is something you can see rather than something you are asked to take on faith.
Neuropathy attracts a lot of overblown promises, and we will not add to them.
Chiropractic care does not repair damaged nerves or resolve a systemic cause like diabetes, and we will never tell you otherwise. Where it can help is the mechanical side: if a nerve is being compressed or irritated where it exits the spine, or if joint and muscle problems are adding to your discomfort, that part is workable, and it is what we assess for.
If your neuropathy is entirely medical, we will tell you that a chiropractor is not the answer to it, and point you to who is. We work alongside the medical care that manages the underlying cause, never instead of it.
New, spreading or rapidly worsening numbness or weakness, symptoms alongside diabetes that is not well controlled, or any loss of function needs a medical work-up first.

Peripheral neuropathy is damage or dysfunction in the nerves that carry signals between your spinal cord and the rest of your body. It shows up in a handful of recognisable ways, and it has many possible drivers.
A loss of feeling, most often in the feet and hands.
Pins and needles that come and go, or never quite leave.
Heat or stinging with no obvious source, often worse at night.
Legs that feel unsteady, and the balance problems that follow.
One visit gives you a clear picture of what is driving your symptoms, and a straight answer about whether there is a mechanical component we can help with.
